I was pissed and frustrated from how yesterday left me feeling. My hands are tore up and my back is not feeling the best.
Today I decided to take it out on my body. Muuuuuuaaaaaaahhh ah ah!!!
Workout:

30x Pullups
160meters(528ft) Walking Lunges
This was a great workout and I feel very good now. I took about 15-20 min. to stretch afterward as well.
